This book is a glorified commercial for Club Wealth coaching, complete with bait and switch, hyper links to sign up pages and broken links. I was excited to read it but was highly disappointed in the actual value. The book starts with an apology of in essence we wanted to make the book better but need more time to do that....really? I quote “In order to do that we need more time to complete the book.†Wow so you didn’t finish the book I paid for and expect but you still published it?..arrogance or ignorance or both.At the end of the book it has a note to readers: You can expect the following topics to be covered in the next edition:Lead follow upLead ConversionThe Buyer consultationHow to win over buyersVIP buyer programShowing propertyScripts and Role Play.... there is a list of 15 things you would think you might actually get in THIS book but it’s in the next one not this one. But trust Michael this book even with out those this is a book about being a world class buyers agent.Here are a few excerpts you will learn directly from the book.Always be honestBe polite and respectful of colleaguesMaintain professionalismMake sure you answer your phoneBe humbleUse a professional email addressDon’t dress like a slobEducate buyers ( that’s my personal favorite, he doesn’t give one word of advice how to do that only to do it...that’s helpful)I am sure there will be people who are effusive with their praise of this book. It’s how the game is played on Amazon today. There will be countless 5 star reviews from rubes that are connected in some manner with Club Wealth. The author even admits the book is lacking but I will do better next time...stunning admission of truth.
I’m midway through the book and decided to write a review to give thanks to Michael for sharing so much information. It’s a perfect guide for anyone in the business that wants to perfect your craft. The book breaks all the income generating activity down to the core. I look forward to finishing the book and implementing the systems outlined to expand my RE business. Thanks again! This Buyer's Agent book contains so much amazing content for every agent trying to improve their business. The people who share their experiences in this book truly have gone through it and made it on the other side! They know what they are talking about!! Such helpful ideas and things to think about! Definitely a must read if you're trying to improve yourself or your business!
